According to the Trac Ticket above, it’s positive to conclude that the lovely, highly advanced Sandbox theme is going to be included with the standard installation of Wordpress 2.6. I’ve done a Sandbox-based theme before, and I can say that it’s a good theme to tweak and learn as you saw fit.
